First Audition Ever...Help!

I know there are probablly a lot of these threads but anyways, I'm auditioning for a production of HONK! next week; and, I've never auditioned for anything before. We need a minute monologue and a 1 minute song. Where is the best place to find a monologue or song? Thanks

When I was looking for my daughter, I went to the search feature for the board. There are lots of threads on this topic and they are VERY helpful. I would look at the suggestions on a post and then look up the song on either youtube or itunes. There are also helpful monologue suggestions. My daughter used one of the suggestions from a poster and just won Critic's Choice at her district thespian competition. I owe it all to this board. Good luck! mom
