I think Pennsylvania will not allow one spouse to divorce, the other has to agree.

Doesn't that take away the spouse's right to liberty and the pursuit of happiness?

EDIT: Oh, and Paljoey, marrying a puppet is a sin. I think it's the third commandment or something...

What I don't understand is why anyone would contest divorce...if your spouse wants to divorce you, refusing to allow them to do so is just retarded to me. What, by pretending they don't want a divorce and failing to sign the papers, they're suddenly going to love you again? I just don't understand...you'd either have to be horribly spiteful or completely incapable.
