I loved two letters in the Times today, refuting the ludicrous piece by Tierney that this is ultimately all about nothing, and not a crime. I love that both go to the core of this regime's central issue: LYING
"...Nearly 2000 American soloders and thousands of Iraqis are dead. We have destabilized the Middle East and helped terrorists recruit suicidal jihadists eager to attack the US and our allies. The prosecutor is not investigating a presidential sex scandal. He's investigating the administration's attack againsta critic who disclosed one of its mistruths -- a lie used to sell a misguided war against a nation that was no threat to the US..."
And, from a Chicago attny:
"...Perhaps some believe that lying to a grand jury is acceptable, but that is not the standard to which the government holds all others. So if Mr. Fitzgerald decides not to indict those found to have committed such offenses, he's going to have a lot of explaining to do about double standards..."

Great Times piece this morning. I might have to back off my Monday prediction - it could be Wednesday. I better buy my Karl mask for Halloween before the indictments because the price will skyrocket.
