definitely hot if you do it right, i had a fondue thing once with fruit and chocolate....amazingly tasty and surprisingly sexy seeing every eat it...hmmm

Posted: 7/15/04 at 12:29ami dunno... there are those good melting pot restaurants, but my 10 year old sister has a fondue set that she got for christmas. maybe its a little too trendy. it does taste good though

i can see chocolate being very good on "fruit"... i dont think ive ever had fondue.

I love a good cheese fondue in the winter with a bottle of wine.
It is a winter dish.
I prefer cheese fondue not into chocolate fondue.
A hot dish in the cold of winter with a hot lover.
I prefer sushi in the summer.

Posted: 7/15/04 at 10:38amFondue always makes me think of my parents' Fondue Parties in the 70's. Their friends would come over in their garish 70's wear, and the smell of hot swiss cheese made me queasy (or was it the outfits...).

LOL Rath.........I bet it was a combination of both.
Fondue has many uses..............but, there is nothing better then fruit covered in chocolate.
