Banal details of life! Part 3

I'm so bored.

I need a job- BAD! Just for the summer though. The stupid temp agency doesn't have anything for me.

I think I'm off to do some sudoku puzzles.

Yup, same problem. But then I had just gotten my permit and had only driven on the streets once, so I can understand her not wanting to drive with me then.

Banal details of life! Part 3

This afternoon, I remembered how badly I wanted to go horseback riding in Central Park.

Then I realized I have to (a) wait for my wrist to heal and (b) find someone who wants to join me.

I sprayed Raid in my room because it's on the ground floor and all these bugs keep getting in. It's the "earth options" version, but the smell is so strong that 10 hours later in a well-ventilated room, it's still enough to give me a headache. And I cleaned out my room today specifically so I *could* sleep in there. Banal details of life! Part 3

It's 4:20 and I'm bored to death.

I wanna go to sleep but my body doesn't know the definition of that.

I'll go do more sudoku puzzles

Banal details of life! Part 3

Oh my god. Well I went to a bar with my friend because it was her 19th birthday.okay well my friend stayed the night at my house because I didn't want her to spend alot of money on a cab home...figured we could split one. my dad (yes I'm 19 and still living at home...can't wait to make money and move out) didn't like that idea because well my other friend came over to my house one time and literly got sick and passed out in my bathroom. SO I told her not to get sick at my house. She was annoying as hell last night!!!! I know it's a horrible thing to say but she was!!! I had to babysit her the enitre time. I wasn't even drunk. I hate babysitting people. so at 1:30 I had enough and we left. but as we were leaving I ran into a really good friend of mine who I havenm't seen in a year.anyway he asked us if we wanted to go to another bar with him and his friends..........I had to say no because my friend was sooo annoying!! I really wanted to go though.Like I couldn't handle her anymore. so we got home and went to bed.....then in the morning she woke me up at 6:00 saying that she's hungry. Who wakes a person up!! SO I had to get up at 6 and feed her...kind of like a dog. then she gets up slams the door and throws up in my bathroom. I know she couldn't help the throwing up part.....but you just drink less. anyway this is me ranting.....and now my dad is mad at me because my friend got sick.
She really just has to grow up and actually act her age. She acts like a friggin 12 year old. Whether she drunk or not! I would ditch her....but I've been friends with her for so long and all my friends (the ones who actually act their age) are all friends with her. So it's impossibl;e to ditch her without ditching all my other friends (whom I love). She calls non stop and she knows I'm not a phone person.

Ugh, I'm sorry, smiles, that sounds awful. Banal details of life! Part 3

Oh my gosh, Emcee, I've always wanted to go horseback riding in Central Park! I was actually seriously considering doing it this summer, until I discovered it was 50 bucks. However, I might be able to be convinced... Banal details of life! Part 3

I put all of my laundry together to take to the laundromat, only to find when I got there that it's closed on Sundays and will be closed tomorrow for Memorial Day.

It's fifty bucks, Elphie? Banal details of life! Part 3 Well, that means I certainly can't do it twice; I was going to say if you really want to go that badly I would wait for you, if skittles isn't dying to go. Ah well, we'll talk!

AHHHHHHHHH. My mother just told me that before I go to college, she wants to talk to me about "the birds and the bees." AHHHHHHH. I think she thinks I don't know ANYTHING. AHHHH.

The price I saw was 50, Em. Maybe there's a different price out there somewhere. I'd love to do it, but I'd have to seriously think about the price.

I'd definitely consider horseback riding as well, but most likely not for $50. Banal details of life! Part 3

Well, I forced...err, highly enouraged my friend to watch Rent last night. She said it wasn't her cup of tea, but a decent movie. That's fair, since she kept telling me when it came out she's never gonna watch it. And she said she liked the actors, so that's good.

Now I'm watching her DVD of Anthony's X-Files episode. I'm excited.

It's 87 degrees here in DC. Too bad I'm leaving soon; today wouldn't be a bad day for their freezing pool.

I'm thinking of finally seeing Tarzan on Thursday.

Oy, poor Elphie. About a week before move-in day my freshman year, my mom decided to give me a rather abbreviated version of "the talk" while we were in the car. Easily one of the most awkward and uncomfortable moments of my life.

Elphie, seriously? Oy. You know, my mom didn't give me any sort of spiel before college. I'm shocked, really.

I have nothing to do today. That upsets me.

Seriously. She was like, "You may not believe this, but I do know something about the subject." Right, mom, thanks.

Oh dear!

Oy. I'm so bored. And since I slept til 11:30, if I don't like... do something, I'll never fall asleep tonight. Plus, my new roommate is going to think I'm totally lame if I just sit around all the time.

My friends went out for an hour, which pretty much had us say bye earlier than neessary. My cousins said they'd come at 3, but didn't answer their phone, so I couldn't take the chance of going w/ my friends. Banal details of life! Part 3

There is a severe thunderstorm warning in Miami with winds that could be up to 60mph and there may be large hail. There is also tornado warnings and suggests you go into an area with no windows.

Now, I am 30 minutes north of Miami but it's beautiful and sunny here. It's Florida after all and the weather could change any minute but it's just odd...

Pray that it doesn't come up this way- although, watching the weather now...it looks like it probably will. ARGGG!!!

How lovely the summer is in S. Florida. *Note sarcasm*

*sigh*

Edit: #1 hurricane has been formed! It is more toward Mexico but this season is looking BAD!
The hurricane season doesn't even start for another 4 days and now we are already on letter "B"
