Just because I'm back, I have to give a *HUGE HUG* to Em.
And, if at all possible, I would love it if it were passed on to the ENORMOUSLY missed Cookie.
Thank you! And it shall be done! :) *hugs back*
South Park is on. Best part of the night!
I have a Johnny Depp/Orlando Bloom poster next to my DRS one. Close enough...
I just went to Store 24 because I was having the munchies and I have nothing in my God-forsaken apartment. Unfortunately for me, the store is closed for a few hours because they're stripping and rewaxing the floor. The lady told me it's something they do twice a year. Of all the days...
After a month of being free, my winter allergies have started up.
Nice pictures Elphie.
It think that it's a really bad sign that it's only the second week of school and I'm already on the verge of a breakdown.
My throat hurts. I'm getting allergy shots on Friday, thank God.

I'm going to the doctor soon. I was throwing up last night, my right side hurts, my throat is dry and has been hurting, I haven't slept in days and my eyes hurt and I've lost like 15 pounds in the last 2 months...about.
In the last couple years, when I went to the doctor, I was sent to the hospital- please let this be nothing.
I've already had appendicitis so that is already ruled out...
I have had a kidney stone also and it sorta feels like that but, I don't know...
*sigh*
My throat hurts too
I'm not so sure my attention span is going to be able to accomodate a two-hour class today.
I was supposed to get the results of something "in the next 2 weeks." It's been a week and a half. They were supposed to call my mom and she said she'd tell me when they did, but I haven't heard anything from her. I don't want to jump the gun or seem too eager, but it IS really important and the longer it takes, the more of a negative impact is has on me.
Remember the box outside my door? I took it to the desk attendant today and she told me to take it to Fed Ex, next door. It made no sense, but I did. The Fed Ex people said I'd have to pay for it if I left it there and that I should bring it to the Post Office. Neither the woman there nor the desk attendant understood that it had the correct apartment number, so if I brought it to some place of postal nature and sent it away, it would just arrive back at my door. So the Fed Ex woman said to leave it with the desk attendant in hopes that the owner would come looking for it, assuming it's someone in my building.
Booo... I brought my laptop to get some work done in the breaks I knew I'd have at work, but I didn't think I'd have all that much time so I didn't bring the power cord. Now I have five minutes of battery life left, and 40 minutes before my class starts.
I just called out sick from work. I feel so bad, because I've missed 2 days already in the past 3 weeks because of various health issues, but considering I'm currently regulated to curling up in a fetal position with a heating pad, I honestly couldn't make it.
I have to watch a movie for class. It's on reserve in the library, but it's so claustrophobic in the cubicles you have to watch them in, and it's a pain in the ass because they only have one copy of each movie and there are 70-something people in my class. I just went to Blockbuster and they didn't have it, so now I have to call the next-closest one to see if they do. If not, grrr.
ETA -- aaaaand the other one is closed.
You know you can search blockbuster.com for any blockbuster in the city to see if they have something?
I may have very well lost the libretto of Company that I took from the Lincoln center library, plus 4 CDs my friend made me. I was keeping them in the Company book because I didn't have anywhere else to put them, and I realized it wasn't on my hand on my subway ride home. I was in this (my school's) library, so I figured this must be where I left it, but it's not in any of the places I was and the circulation desk hasn't found it. Maybe it'll turn up after being misplaced with the books here.
Bad me. Plus, the original Company libretto is out-of-print, the rest of my class who bought the book has the revival libretto, so it was really cool that I had that.
Wow, LC Library is gonna kill you.
Seriously. I can't believe you're more upset not feeling special anymore because you had the original when everyone else had the revival, than you are about losing a possibly-irreplaceable book.
I've taken enough pain meds in the past 2 hours to knock down a horse and I've yet to feel any sort of relief.
I don't want to go to school tomorrow. And, if I do end up there for some reason, I foresee myself only going to band again.
My dad's attempting to put in a new dishwasher...and I'm worried.
