I'm currently waffling on whether or not to buy a pair of shoes. $40 just doesn't seem worth it. Then again, if I go to law school, I'll need to start dressing like an adult once in a while, which means no sneakers. Hm.

I need to replace my black Converses. But...I've been through so much with them! I can't just REPLACE them!

My room is totally trashed, but I have wet clothes hanging everywhere, so I can't do anything about it.

I just discovered that the unopened 2-quart carton of orange juice in my fridge's "best by" date is tomorrow. *chugs*

I hate doors. I really do. My right pointer finger got caught in my outside heavy metal door this morning. And not the side where the door knob is, no but the side by the hindges. I have NO idea how I managed it.

It is all swollen and there is a blood clot under it (not broken though thank god). I went to the wellness center and they tried to heat up a paperclip and put a hole in the nail so the blood could come out (normal procedure for this they do it all the time) and it wouldn't go through because my nails are too strong...too much calcium dang it! And they tried seven times (usually it takes two)

Luckily they said it will go away on its own but if they had succeeded the swelling would have gone down as would the pain. So now I am stuck in a splint and icing it every hour. And taking lots of drugs.

What a ****ty way to start a weekend!

caitiesus1522, I hope your nail heals. That doesn't sound too pleasant.

I have Calculus in about 5 minutes, and I've not done all the homework. Today is the day were supposed to turn it in, as it's the end of the marking period.

And we have a test today. I know I'm going to be in there during lunch finishing it.

Ugh Calculus why do you hate me so.

All copies of the one book I *actually* needed were checked out of the library. I got some other ones that I think can compensate for now, but I'm kinda pissed.

ETA -- oh, and the one available offsite copy has already been requested on interlibrary lone. I guess it's because it's on the syllabus for more than one class. I need it for my paper, so I guess I'll be taking a trip to B&N later. It's not like it's a book I won't read for non-paper purposes, but boo. I really need to get a New York Public Library card.

My iPod won't turn on.

I hate when A&E changes their schedule.
What are they doing with Third Watch? Anyone know? One week they're playing 3 episodes on Friday, and then none.. and last week they played 2. Now, it's not even on. WTF?

I believe that I have every episode of Third Watch, aside from season 6, on VHS. I loved that show.

I have mine pierced. My family has a club.

I just came home from the mall, and my older sister (who is supposed to be in New Hampshire) was hiding in my room, so when I opened the door and walked into my room, I scream bloody murder because there was someone randomly in my room.

As in, shriek/scarey movie scream. I woke my dad up (who was downstairs) and probably frightened neighbors.

My mom still hasn't been surprised.
