I'm starting a new project and I need to know everything about the late 1800s.
Can y'all give me a list of good books?
Thanks in advance.

here's a link to YOUR public library
GO THERE, they have over 60 databases. USE THEM. If you do not have a library card, GET ONE.
I cannot believe you ask a question a 12yr old would ask because he is too lazy to do his own research!
Your library spends thousands of $$$ to get their public what they need. Have some respect and GO TO THEM.
They have
x-referplus
History Resource Center: US
LA Times 1881-1985
New York Times 1851-2003
all databases that could help you....
and many, MANY print sources BUT YOU have to do the research. A librarian THERE will direct you.
Also, see if they have the American Eras set by Gale, several volumes cover the 1800's
YOU are writing the book, YOU do the damn research. If you do NOT know how to conduct research, or select credible sources....LEARN.
