I saw it tonight before Superman Returns. All I can say is WOW. My favorite series of modern films made of comic books and this one WILL be terrific and definitely big. I am so excited to see it, the anticipation I have for this film is higher than any other I can think of coming out now.

I'm thinking it will be Harry in the 2nd Green Goblin. The Hobgoblin would be awkward to introduce and leave that other side-plot wide open with Osborn.

It's the green goblin. The Hobgoblin is someone completely different from the Osborn family. It is going to be:

the Symbiote (not yet Venom), Sandman, and The Green Goblin (Harry). There is going to be a 4th movie, but Kirsten Dunst is not going to be in it, and Tobey and Sam Raimi (the Director) have not signed on yet.

Yes, the symbiote eventually gets to Eddie Brock and he then becomes Venom. But, I think the whole Venom thing won't be until the 4th movie because that is WAY too much story for one movie. I think the end of the 3rd movie, will be Eddie becoming Venom.

The scene with Topher looking up saying "Peter Parker" is him seeing Spidey ripping off the black suit since it was affecting his personality. I believe parts of the black suit fall on Eddie and it bonds with him to form Venom. A more grotesque Venom version appears towards the end of the film. Apparently, there are also 4 villains in this film with Curt Connors back (Lizard) and a cameo by Mysterio (Bruce Campbell).
