See I loved the scene outside the church. The looks on her and Jack's faces were priceless. It would have been better if we all already did'nt know JJ was coming home, but what are you going to do?
All of them standing in the snow hugging, it was so emotional.
etheb,
Thanks for the info on the next ep!
And you were not the only one confused by the Apprentice guy. That part was my only complaint about this episode. It was just not necessary.
I didn't notice the product placement at all. I just got back from getting lunch and it smells mmm mmm good. I think I might have to go shopping for a new car after I finish my soup, I need one that is built tough.

I wouldn't have minded the car placement but it was unrealistic to the story and the family. Of course the father wants to give JJ anything and everything he can, but this is the family that couldn't afford to send him to college just a year earlier. Now they are buying a brand new car?
And, I gotta ask, why is suddenly ok with the adults that Roxanne is living with her boyfriend? Who is paying her Catholic school tuition? Believe me, without it she'd be outta there, and if they knew where she was living she'd be expelled. Her mother apparently doesn't care, but the Pryors aren't likely to lie for her, nor to keep quiet about the situation. Even with Beth and the baby to soften them, Roxanne is still a high school teenager, not even as "adult" as JJ and Beth were.
The kids are not going to get away with lying about that fire either. Or maybe I'm getting mixed up by modern day CSI's.

two years earlier. plus, colour tvs had just come out, and you saw sam say that every family wanted a colour tv for Christmas. so it's possible that they got in increase in revenue, enough anyway to buy the car. and DAAAMN that car it hot. in response to auggie, the show has always had this scheduale. it's nothing new, since season one it's been shorter than regular shows. i completly agree with rod that it needs a new time, and the thurs time slot sounds brilliant. sunday is hard b/c of a) various specials/award shows, b) kids/teens/college kids have homework that they should be doing at that time (what like you don't wait until sunday night?), and c) the competition of extrememe home makeover. WHY is a reality show competition? because this is the apocolypse, of course! and btw sunfish, i'm paying for roxanne's schooling, in hope she'll remember the favour when she gets over luke and decides to live in delicious sin with me.
Ok- I watched the show and totally missed the apprentice reference and you're fired part. When did this happen? What context?

This just occured to me:
Is it just me or does a '66 Mustang NOT seem like a practical car for a young man with a new baby and (hopefully) new wife?
I ignore all product placement unless its obviously anachronistic. Then I sneer. Actually the commercial made me nauseous.Talk about inducing diabetes!
