A rigged election where the incumbent "wins" by 3 percentage points. Exits polls are way off.
HMMMMMMMM. SOUND FAMILIAR??
The only difference is that the Ukrainians are raising hell. They don't live in this utopian wishful thinking that our country's leaders would never rig our election or lie to us. They know better.
If you listen to Colon Powell speak of this crisis, you would think he was speaking of OUR election.
And that America has the audacity to criticize another country when it is guilty of the same thing twice in a row?? It's as sane as when we criticized Russia for implementing harsher anti-terrorism measures after those school children were murdered. This administration is shameless hypocrisy.
Ok, Bushies--BASH AWAY!

Posted: 11/25/04 at 2:26pmIt makes me laugh that the Bush administration has the audacity to be so indignant about election fraud in the Ukraine, to the point of calling for an investigation. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. What a joke!

While I agree that the Bush administration is hypocritical on this and so many other things, the fact is that the situation in Ukraine is much worse. Our irregularities, while needing to be corrected, are not the total rigging done in Ukraine.
This may only be obvious to me because I live in Bushland. He carried my state honestly..almost everybody I know voted for him.

We normally don't hear from him unless he thinks something will destabilize the region and make the potentials for WMDs to get spread from former soviet states to terrorists. Everything in this world is becoming more and more connected whether we like it or not. If we don't make these connections, we will suffer for it.

I will not shut up about this. If you really have nothing to fear, you wouldn't feel the desire to silence me.
And, papa, the tin foil hat joke is sooooo old. Could you please refresh your material? Thank you. You can always recycle the hats in another 4 years.

Posted: 11/26/04 at 2:48pmjrb, if you have nothing to fear from the tinfoil joke, it shouldn't bother you. the fact that it upsets you must be (by the logic that you continue to offer around here) proof that you're wearing one even now. and jrb remember, tin foil hats predated the election, c'mon, didn't ya ever see signs, and will live long after the innauguration.

Yes, I saw Signs. No, it doesn't "upset" me. It's just old and tired.
Believe me--you could never upset me when there are much worse people in the world to be upset by--namely the idiot administration leading this country to sh!t.
