Free Slurpee Day!!! Yay!

From what I hear from Facebook, of course, today is Free Slurpee Day at 7-Eleven. Apparently, if you walk into your local 7-Eleven and say "Happy 7-Eleven Day!" to the cashier, you will be treated to a free small Slurpee.

Yay Slurpees!

Yum! I haven't had a slurpee in ages!

It'd be pretty embarrassing though if it wasn't true and you walked into 7-11 and said "Happy 7-11 Day". *snort*

I went in to get my free coffee but they charged me. I'm so lame I just paid and left all mad. It's been sitting at my desk all day mocking me.

I have to admit, I have yet to even try a Slurpee. I might just do that today as there's a 7-11 a couple of blocks from where I live.

clever name, the coffee isn't free, it's the slurpee.

So I went and it wasn't worth it at all. I've never tasted one before and I tasted two of the flavors, both of which I thought were gross. Plus, it's a tiny, sample like cup so if you like it, it's almost just like a tease.

Oh well.

SweetQ, you made me look back on the article I read and I'm too embarrassed to explain how I figured free coffee in with the free slurpee! (I'll just say I really need to stop skipping entire sentences when reading articles about free stuff.)
