"As Josh Kraushaar explained last year when the shirtless Fisher footage first made the rounds, it was taken from the 2008 documentary Swing State -- directed by Fisher's son -- about Gov. Ted Strickland's 2006 gubernatorial campaign. Fisher, Strickland's running mate, appears shirtless while writing a late-night memo on campaign messaging.
"I do not think we have a clear and concise memorable message in the campaign ... and I cannot go to sleep until I send this memo tonight," he says in the documentary. That's the kind of work ethic the NRSC dubs "Wrong For Ohio," though they put a much darker spin on it."

That is just...odd.
The incessant flashing of that picture is so incongruous with the message that the entire spot feels like a skit of some sort.
