Well, it isn't like I turn my nose up at a muscular guy. There are always exceptions to one's rules (and Lord knows I have few rules!)

I wouldn't kick him out of bed unless he wanted to fcuk on the floor.

I know you're going to say I'm naive, but I don't think he takes steroids. As a baseball player, he's tested all the time, so I'm not sure he'd get away with it. Plus, he's so well known for working out like a madman; I'm not sure he needs it.

Yes, they're tested. However, there are probably some kinds of designer steroids that are undetectable by any means we currently have. I think of it as a war of biochemists.

there's one random test during the season followed by another 7-10 days later. but like you say, plum, the chemists are winning as there's no test yet for the human growth hormone for one.

balco was supplying "the clear" and "the cream" and thg which may or may not be one or both of those, but i just like the names.

and they were supplying hgh too. it was like a freakin' mall in there.

Papa- the chemists are both winning and losing, since it's chemists who come up with the tests as well as creating new kinds of performance enhancing drugs.

Seriously, I hate what this is doing to baseball. I adore the sport, and people think it's just about these juiced-up idiots. My favorite player is 6' 3", 180 pounds, and couldn't identify a strike zone if it hit him in the face. :)
