Over the past few months there have been several incidents in the Boston arae of dogs being shocked when walking over grates and just this morning i saw a news story bout a woman who was badly burned while stepping out of a car onto a grate that spewing out hot steam. This is the second incidnet of burns on thsi particualr grate in a year.
It's very odd. Those of who live in cities have walking over these grates for years. I don't recall hearing about people being burned or dogs being shocked in the past. It's just this past year that there have been so incidents
