A recent analysis was just posted on yahoo saying that many countries have absolutely no problem (or at least very few) with discrimination towards their gay soldiers and military personnel. In fact, soldiers in uniform were allowed to march in the London gay pride parade.

Posted: 7/13/09 at 6:30pmPart of the stupidity (and total lack of any logic) of the U.S. policy: during the peak of the Iraqi war, when thousands of coalition troops from many nations were involved, American troops and "intergrated" troops fought side by side - and guess what: unit cohesion seemed just fine, even with all those European gay boys fighting along side U.S. troops.

"In fact, soldiers in uniform were allowed to march in the London gay pride parade."
And that is to the credit of all those gay soldiers, saliors and airman who have gone before.
Now thats what I call gay pride.
I'll edit that message to say, all those soldiers, saliors and airman who have gone before who recognised the contribution of their gay fellows.
Thats still what I call gay pride!
