Getting from Jamaica train station to LGA

I know lots of people here travel frequently and may know how I can get from the Jamaica train station to LAG. Is there a shuttle bus?

Not sure how quickly you need to get from Jamaica to LGA, but you can take the E train to 74th-Jackson Hts then take the Q70 bus (directly outside) to LGA.

Many thanks. I'm going to do everything I can to book my flight from JFK but it seems most of the affordable flights to Mexico leave from LGA.
