i havent missed an episode ever since the first one i saw (the one with the 3 orphan boys)
the episodes keep getting darker and better. tonights was very good and next weeks looks very good. i like the presence of the cloaked, hooded man since the last episode.
Is this anything like THE HORSE WHISPERER?

nope. The Horse Whisperer was a movie. Ghost Whisperer is a TV series starring Jennifer Love Hewitt.
So you mean that, this time, the horse is doing the whispering? *zzzing*

I honestly have no idea if that was sarcasm or an insult or not, but I'll bite anyway.
Ghost Whisperer is about a woman named Melinda Gordon (Hewitt) who can talk to the dead. She helps earthbound spirits who have unfinished business in this life cross over. She usually ends up visiting family members of the deceased and helps the spirit find closure in this life so they can move on to the next.
anybody else watch??

I watch it sometimes, but I'm such a wimp... the littlest thing makes me jump and cover my eyes.
I'm such a sap, I get teary eyed at the end of every episode!

oh, so do i. the one that got me was the pilot, which i never saw until they replayed it about a month ago. well, i was prolly just drooling over Wentworth Miller, ha.
My post was a joke about Jennifer Love Hewitt -- I was comparing her to a horse.
Never mind.
BW, I totally got you. And I laughed.
I think I'm the only one who thinks JLH can't act.
jlh looks like a mousy alien, and that's that. she really runs the gamut of emotions from a to b.

And her hair extensions are a bit much, I think. Nobody has hair like that!

ah, i see now, BlueWizard. i was half asleep when i read your post, not everything registered.
i think her acting is as good as the writing. last night was one of the best ive seen her, because the writing itself is getting better, as i said before.
yes, her hair extensions are a bit much, but they still kinda work for her.

The hair doesn't bother me as much as the false lashes.

Ther series is based on that James Van Pragh guy - except Jennifer Love Hewitt isn't as feminine.
