That's awesome! I liked Gimme a Break a little bit better than Facts of Life. I remember in High school - 112 years ago - our choir went on tour in the LA area and we got to go to NBC Studios. We all wanted to see a taping of The Tonight Show with Carson, but none of us were 18 yet and they would not let us have tix. We did get to see a taping of Gimme a Break and it was very fun. Nell Carter was a hoot - and she loved all the kids in the audience, she came out before the wind - up guy did his spiel and talked to all of us. She was very sweet.
I see an episode of Kate and Allie is included in the bonus materials. Another of my faves that I am hoping will come out on DVD soon.
I also heard Wendy Jo Sperber passed away last night. She was the dark haired character actress from Bosom Buddies with Tom Hanks. She had an eight year battle with Breast Cancer - You will make a great angel Wendy Jo! Rest in Peace.
