I had a 12 year old girl who was visiting a neighbor, hanging out in front of the building a couple of months ago. She's no more than 12 years old and she was dressed like a hooker. A tiny little top, Daisy Duke shorts, stacked sneakers with socks up to her knees.
She was screaming obscenities into her phone loud enough for the people from other buildings to tell her to shut up. And when I say obscenities, I mean some of the foulest things I've ever heard from ANY human.
But she was able to stop long enough to say "haaaay" to any guy walking by.
When I first saw her, she was out on the sidewalk, and I thought, “Wow, I’m glad she’s doesn’t live here” and she turned around and walked into my building.
Parents have no clue as to how to raise their kids today.
