Gloss or Matte?

I'm at the National Theatre Poster Shop and they want to know how I want my posters finished.

Gloss or Matte?

What's the difference?

Or would you use Matt for framing?

I personally always chose matte. Less glare.

Wow... tough choices. I'd go for #2 and #3, but only because in my mind they go better together.

I'm on the same page as DayDreamer. I'd go with matte for the 2nd and 3rd posters. They really do go together better, and would probably look rather sharp framed up next to each other.

I prefer matte. It doesn't fingerprint as easily, and imo, it looks nicer.

That's also what I was thinking... but than again, maybe some color would be nice.

Thanks for your advice on geting it Matte! I def. would've gotten them "gloss"!

I've dated both Gloss and Matt. Matt was far more cordial.
