Gmail Problem

I'm hoping someone else has had this problem and knows how to fix it. When I try to log onto gmail I get a message saying the security certificate has expired and even if I click to ignore the warning and continue I still can't log on. It's only happening on my lap top. I've tried reseting my internet explorer settings but no luck. Any suggestions?

Do you have another browser on your laptop that you can try to log in on? Also, can you post a screenshot of the message?

The only other browser I have is AOL and the same thing happens there. I'm trying to figure out how to post a screen shot.

Screencap- Control, print screen, then paste it in Paint and save.

Download Firefox. Much better than Internet Explorer, which is controlled by all of Windows security's obnoxious rules.

Do you run into the same problem if you go to gmail.google.com (or mail.google.com)?

Also, I second orangeskittles recommendation for firefox
