Well, I have been priced out of my nabe, so tha bitch has got to move her ass in a month/month and a half. Anyone know any good brokers? I'm looking at Harlem, lower Washington Heights, Woodside/Sunnyside, and Astoria.

I PMed you with more details, but just in case anyone else is wondering the same thing.

I just got a new apartment in lower Washington Heights through a broker. He was nice, took care of everything, and got us a great apartment. We had worked with another broker who was not very helpful and didn't seem to be listening to what we wanted. With our second guy, we wound up taking the first place he showed us.
