Good tv movies

For some reason just blank pages come up when I try to get into the old good tv movies thread, so yeah...

Rebecca De Mornay has done some good ones. An Inconvenient Woman is one of my favorites. I love when she sings I Wanna Be Loved By You. Murders in the Rue Morgue with her, George C. Scott, Ian McShane, and Val Kiler is also good. Plus, The Con with her, William H. Macy, and Fraces Sternhagen is great fun, too.

Another solid one is Rehearsal for Murder with Lynn Redgrave. Entertaining little murder mystery.
"The gods who nurse this universe think little of mortals' cares. They sit in crowds on exclusive clouds and laugh at our love affairs. I might have had a real romance if they'd given me a chance. I loved him, but he didn't love me. I wanted him, but he didn't want me. Then the gods had a spree and indulged in another whim. Now he loves me, but I don't love him." - Cole Porter

re: Good tv movies

If you liked Inconvenient Woman, you'd like The Two Mrs. Grenvilles with Ann-Margret and Claudette Colbert.

I LOVE Harper Valley PTA!

I also used to love the Agatha Christie tv Movies: Sparkling Cyanide, Dead Man's Folly, Thirteen at Dinner, Murder Is Easy (with Olivia de Haviland and Lesley-Anne Down).

I also remember those 80s nuclear movies: The Day After and Testament.

re: Good tv movies

sorta on topic and sorta off.

I just was on imdb and found a 1978 tv version of Little Women with Eve Plumb, Susan Dey (as Jo) and Meredith Baxter...Dorothy Malone plays Marmee.

I'd do alot of bad things to get the chance to see this!
