Good universities for musical theatre

I really love musical theatre, I'm good at it and it's what I want to do. What are some universities that offer really good musical theatre programs? I really want to go to Tisch, I will audition, but even if I get in financially it's impossible. So in addition to my first question, any info on scholarships/financial aid for Tisch? Thanks
