Well. my favorite site for reviews was rogerebert.com, but after his unfortunate illness his editor is writing reviews in his absence. He's not bad, but I really can't express how lost I feel not knowing what Ebert thinks about all the new movies. It's kind of sad actually.

Ebert's site is a good resource, but the others collect reviews from many sources if you want a wide range of opinions.

I don't agree with him all the time (In fact, I agree with him even less than I agree with Ebert), but he's an incredible writer and his ReelThoughts are extremely amusing. He seems to be a delightfully cynical and funny sci-fi nerd.
