Google: Video Search

So I was using it to search videos, and I was wondering if anyone has used this before, and why some you CAN watch and some you CAN'T watch? Does anyone know.

Is there any rhyme or reason to these searches? I just searched "broadway" and the first video is called Long Beach City Council Meeting.

It's kind of cool, though! Yahoo has a similar search feature.

theres captions it searches, like the speech within the video is documented, so if they said BROADWAY in the video, it iwll come up

Oh that Long Beach City council, you know how crazy they are.

I have never seen this before but am very intrigued!
