Gotham Citi Night Club in New Haven Dress Code?

I never was into the clubbing scene, but I figured I would check out Gotham Citi in downtown New Haven sometime. I am actually planning to go with a group of friends to a high school night (it says end of the school year bash). Now my question is does Gotham have a dress code, like no jeans or anything? I was planning to wear a tank top, which my friend said would be okay, but I was wondering if a denim skirt was okay. Because I heard for some clubs there is a dress code like no jeans or anything like that. I know this is a totally stupid question.
