My cousins and my sister-in-law started doing something where they would post a list of three things that they are grateful for in their Facebook status. Not sure if they made it up, but I haven't seen anyone else do it. Okay, so here goes:
Gratitude project Day 1:
1) A good nights rest
2) A good run (for the first time in a week)
3) Salmon for dinner
