Grill: Charcoal or Gas?

That looks like a great little grill!

Now, you need to start looking at accessories...
With a gas grill, my cast iron smoker box was may favorite toy.

Yep, I already grabbed one. I think mine is tin actually, but it should do the trick.

Youll have to let us know how the burgers came out!

i was at Home Depot with my Dad over the weekend and i asked the guy there, he said gas was being bought 10-1 over coal

SNAFU, another unprovoked attack, youre pretty much like a terrorist now. I will let your vile, ugly comments speak for the ugliness and hate inside you.

A good smoke box is critical for a gas grill. The wood chips add flavor.

I see the decision has already been made, but that won't stop me from adding my $.02.

Yeah, I have a little bit of the fear factor too. The concept of having a canister full of liquid gas on my back porch baking in the Texas heat is slightly terrifying.

I have no rational reason to fear propane tanks, but they concern me nonetheless.

We spent the money to run a gas line from our water heater to a grill out back: best money we have spent on the house in 8 years. We only use our stove on rare occasions for baking or something that has to simmer, like a stew.

Counterintuitively, the outdoor grill is used most in the desert summers because we don't want to heat up the inside of the house.
