I hope whoever this person is (I'm assuming it isn't fake.) really needs to have her ass handed to her.
What should've happened is that the pizza parlor made the guest put down a non-refundable deposit, in case the woman calls at the last minute and cancels or no one answers the door.
I can't imagine that the manager would approve this sell without some kind of guarantee.

It looks like it was paid in advance, though (the "pre-authorized" on the receipt, followed by the handwritten "phone").
Yeah, it looks like the order was made over the phone by someone with a credit card, although sometimes, the delivery driver is tasked with bringing the receipt to sign.
Right, but $10 is still really cheap. The Pre-Auth could be a weird credit card charge machine thing too.
