Does anybody know about this TV movie?

Plot says, "Set in the 1950, famed burlesque artist Gypsy Rose Lee, is at the tail end of her striptease career. Lee had decided she was too old to disrobe in front of strangers and hustled to keep up her fame and extravagant lifestyle by becoming a bestselling author, and getting her life story turned into a musical. I believe it is adapted from a book of the same title that her son wrote.

I loved the book by Eric Preminger, her son with Otto Preminger, but I never saw the TV movie.
