Posted: 8/3/06 at 7:37pmI believe 4 more episodes starting Sunday. Whether or not they ever do the 2 2 hour movies to finish it one can only hope. If not , it will be Boot Hill after the 4 in the can

Posted: 8/3/06 at 7:40pmAltough Rome has done well in the ratings, it's REALLY expensive apparently to put the show together - it's not really cost effective for them to continue it, I think. I read somewhere that the only reason the second season is even being done was just because artistically it was so well received - even though in the end the profit margins aren't that great.

Posted: 8/3/06 at 7:41pmLast 2 episodes of Season 1 were great . The last one left Ceasar murdered but unlike other depictions it just left him there lying like a dead dog in the street

Oh. That sucks.
Whenever I was home I watched that. THE MEN WERE SO HOT!
I guess the HBO is going. I can't stomach the movies anymore.
It has gotton so bad I subscribed to Net Flix which I ADORE!!!
Rome was the only thing I watched on HBO before Sex and The City.
HBO should keep it. It is hot!
Now, I only keep my cable for one station. NY1.
It starts again this Sunday. Well, I know where I will be on Sunday. Woo, hoo!!!!
It has become my favorite show of all time next to Sex and the City. I also liked Square Pegs, don't hold it against me.
Must be Sarah Jessica Parker. HA.

It may be low ratings. I thought with expense they went to building that massive set it would make it for at least 3 or 4 seasons. I thought the same about DEADWOOD
Oh well, at least I have all of season 1 on DVD'S I burned & will do the same with season 2

I tried watching Deadwood and it was so dull.
Actually my favorite show was with Blair Brown.
The Days and Nights of Molly Dodd.
The best show, ever.
Bring back intelligent TV.
30 Something.

I watch two shows on a regular basis.
I watched Rome when it was in season maybe 4 episodes.
But I don't watch repeats.
I also am a movie watcher and have HBO to save money.
Netflix is amazing.
10 dollars a month and they even deliver the movie to you.
