Don't yell at me for not googling, because I have been for about a half hour, and I still am, and unsuccesfully... so I'm asking you all.
I'm an immigrant in Ragtime, and we're responsible for our own hair, and I've got no idea how to do it. It has to be up, but I know that being on a nasty ship for weeks, my hair isn't going to be pretty... help, anyone?
