One of the local universities here is well known for their summer stock productions. They're doing "Hair" right now, and I just read the article in the paper about it.

They've "retooled" the song "Sodomy" and cut some things, but "retained the musical intentions", and the nude scene is done with black body paint and special lighting, but not all nude.

I feel they've retooled it because of the local community as to not offend anyone (the little old ladies and farmers with season tickets). I love "Hair" and wish they didn't tool around with it in order to keep the masses not rioting.

I love that they're only retooling the "gay sex" number. Pot, fine, sex, fine, homos...uhh, Houston, we have a problem...
