Hairstyle Advice

Don't know how to search this but I want to attempt to cut my hair like Lisa Rinna's on Dancing/Stars a couple months ago. I also believe that Jane Fonda has it in a similar way.

In any case I feel like it's a nice look for spring, and being that my hair is thick and my face oval, that it'll look good. So any advice as to where to find a pix? More like one that's diagram or instructional, so I may take it to the hairstylist.
