If noone responds, try checking Expedia or Orbitz. They usually have reviews on hotels. It may be a start.

I THINK that is the place I stayed. I THINK...
It was fair. It was cheap (for NYC) and the people who worked there were nice/pleasant.
1 of the elevators wasn't working but it wasn't a huge deal. The room was ok. It was in like a blocked location in the hallway almost but as I said, for the price- it wasn't bad.
