Today is Oscar-winning actress Ruth Gordon's birthday. She was the original Dolly Levi in "The Matchmaker" and starred in two of the biggest cult hits of the 70s, "Harold and Maude" and "Where's Poppa?", in 1968, she won an Oscar for playing the crazy neighbor Minnie Castevet in Roman Polanski's horror classic, "Rosemary's Baby". One of the best actresses ever!
