ive been in love with her since she played CHINA BLUE in ken russell's CRIMES OF PASSION
& when she worked with john waters on SERIAL MOM that was a dream come true!!!!

i have a cd of her reading D'Aulaires' Book of Greek Myths & its the most fabulous thing to just lie back & hear her voice telling & acting out those ancient stories!!!

i'll be in love with Kathleen Turner all my life & i wish her a wonderful brthday too!!!!

Crimes of Passion was something else. And I still think that Serial Mom is one of her best performances. You can't say that the woman doesn't take risks. If I could emulate one career, it would be her's. She's amazing.

One of my favorite moments in movies is in WAR OF THE ROSES, when Michael Douglas taunts her with, "C'mon, hit me!" - and she flat-out punches him in the face.

And the opening pan-out sequence from CRIMES OF PASSION is jaw-droppingly funny every time.

OMG! I swear when I saw that scene in the courtroom for the first time (the part with Dotty Hinkle) I almost died! I seriously fell off the chair laughing!!

Unfortunately didn't get to see her in Indiscretions but I would actually love to see her do more Williams. I think she would be wonderful in Sweet Bird of Youth or Night of The Iguana.
