Quick dolphin story - I went to see the dolphins at the Mirage in Las Vegas - and ended up getting thrown out when they found me swimming naked with the most glorious 12-footer named Merlin. But not until I had had a good 15 minutes to swim and play with him

Liotte... you should make your way to Seattle and we can go kayaking. There's lot of places. You can do an "urban" kayaking thing from Lake Union (where the house from Sleepless in Seattle is) to Lake Washington, going through the arboretum and by the University of Washington. OR go up to the San Juan Islands (3 hrs.?) and go kayaking on the Puget Sound up there. There's lots and lots of kayaking opportunities around here. You'll might want to wear a wet suit, though, 'cause the water's pretty cold year round.

I have relatives on Mercer Island and in Bellevue, so I'm in the seattle area frequently. I go kayaking in lake washington a lot when I am there. I'll let you know when I go next time!
