No kiddies anywhere near here.
I think most of the people here are just doing indoor things-- Noel (the tropical storm) scared them from tricker-treating.
Back in the day at my house, we used to give out toothbrushes (my dad is a dentist). And my neighbor gave out apples (they felt there should be some healthy stuff added).
It was not planned.
