I've gotta write it in under 12 hours and instead of studying, I'm sitting here, surfing this board.
Anyone have any tips for me??? I'm about to vomit from the anxiety. Procrastinating here is my way to deal with it. Poorly.
I'm gonna retch.
Edited: General words of encouragement (sincere or not) welcome as well.
I'm sorry, hon. First, let's try to calm down. Take a deeeep breth, and put on some relaxing music. the- get to it!
Do a little studying, rest for awhile (some sleep), study a bit more, then get some more rest. Relax. Breath. It's a test.

LSAT=Law School Admissions Test, right?
I took it about 10 years ago. Tough day. Intense. Did you do the practice/reviews in the booklets? Logic sections, analytical sections, etc. Practice, practice, practice is what I did. Self-test, etc. (But I certainly wasn't as "perky" as Elle in "Legally Blonde".)
There was a mid-point break and I remember some people just never came back for the second half. THAT added to the pressure, too.
But, if you enjoy test-taking (and some do) or generally do well on Acheivement tests you may find it more tolerable. I did okay but wanted to re-test. Applied to Law School and got accepted...but then had other things in life intervene and I had to decline my acceptance. Years later I'm glad I had the experience of being accepted to Law School...but also see the wisdom in the change of course which occurred.
Good Luck! (And get some sleep!)

Oh my goshhhh...
Thanks guys. I'm so anxious. Luckily I have 2 more times to do the retest if I bomb this, but it's CAD$200/try.
Doesn't help that my mild-mannered Criminology prof said writing the LSAT is the closest he's ever come to sh1tting his pants.
(Beacon - I've done a few of the practice exams...my grades weren't great...about 152 points. I just keep screwing up the logic games section.)

Just do what you usually do to calm down and center yourself. Meditate, pray, deep breathing. If you mind is racing you can't apply yourself properly.
Myself, I knelt in prayer before I left and asked for clarity of mind, the ability to reason well, and to remember the things I had learned and expressed gratitude for the chance to take the exam. (I really was glad I had the chance to do it, as stressful as it was.) But, that's how I handle things. I'm sure you have things you do to calm yourself.
Good luck...and ignore everyone around you. If they fidget or look tense, don't pay any attention. Part of it is a mental game, too. The proctors in my testing made us feel like I was barely "worthy" enough to enter the exam room. When they delivered the rules they it sounded like they were reading the statement right before the switch is thrown at an execution.
I just had to concentrate on the test and pretend I was the only one there.
Again, it'll be tense but you've taken tests before so the environment isn't unfamiliar. (To add to my stress, I had graduated from college 13 years earlier so it had been awhile since I'd been in that kind of setting.)
