Headshot?????

I'm gonna send my resume to Hairspray and do a production where I need a headshot ((A local production of HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL)) so do you think I can use any of these pictures or should I get some done. (NOTE: These were taken when I had a little longer hair and before I had my ears done)

None of them. The poses are alright I suppose, but the quality of all three is very poor because they were either not taken for the purpose of a headshot initially, or they were taken with a camera at home. If you want to send it to Hairspray especially, you need to have the headshot done professionally, or taken in a way in which they look so.

A reason to have them professionally done is that they'll be clear, well lit to show off your good features, etc...These are not good representations of you professionally.

ETA: If I had to choose one, I'd go with the first one....it's a great angle despite my misgivings.
