Help Me!!

Does anybody know why I can't upload a new jpeg for my avatar? I feel so stupid deleting my last one, because now I have nothing. please HELP ME!! Ive trying refreshing the page and that didnt work (I tried like 150 times). This is so frustrating.

are there spaces in the name of the jpeg? are you sure it is a jpeg file? is it too large? try changing the name of the the jpeg (if it is a jpeg) if the other remedies don't work.
