Help me find a new hairdo

OK, so, it's time for a change. Now my hair is kinda longish. I want a medium-ish cut. I want something a little shorter, something fun, but will still work if I just shower and go.

I would say take in the sides a whole bunch and maby take a little length off the top(like and inch) and just kinda mess it up on top.
