Happy Legend-ry.

...and for what it's worth, I adore "Star!" I first saw it at the Biograph in NYC about eight (?) years ago in its complete form and Robert Wise was sitting right behind me. Afterwards he spoke to the awed audience and said "I knew someday "Star!" would find its audience." Boy, did it ever. Applause after every number -- especially 'The Physician' and you could hear a pin drop during 'My Ship' and 'Dear Little Boy'

i really hate that i missed the personal pix from Feodor's family. But i'm kind of upset that when i said in another thread that i loved STAR! he didn't tell me i had good taste, too.

i was sort of poking gentle fun of getting upset over things. Feodor left the board because they edited his pix of Julie Andrews in a tribute thread without telling him why.
