Hickie Help!

Hickie Help!#0

Posted: 6/18/05 at 2:37pm

Ugh so big problem, I have a HUGE hickie on my neck from a night of drinking last night. I work alot as a head lifeguard, swim instructor and a stage manager so its not very professional of me to show up with a humongous hickie on my neck. Anyone have any solutions on how to hide/get rid of hickies? Besides wearing turtle necks which thank god its so cold out right now i can do that today but im not sure much longer. Actually I did have a swim lesson this morning and had to go there like this, i was sooo embarrassed, thankfully no one said anything bout it but still its obvious, no one can miss it, and it hurts too. Help please!

Put a bandaid patch over it. If someone asks, say that you injured yourself or something.

put base over it and try to find a base that is water-proofish!

I've heard that putting a cold spoon on it reduces the redness. Put a spoon in the Freezer for like 5 - 10 min. Wrap it in a paper towel and voila` :)

Good luck.

You can always say you burned yourself with a curling iron.
