I Got a Call-Back for Footloose at my school. What happens during high school call backs? do they make you sing again? I have no idea.

I have no idea either. I haven't been in high school since Lyndon Johnson was in the White House. (Thank God.)
But:
Be prepared to sing.
Be prepared to dance or at least move. Wear proper footwear just in case.
Be prepared to read.
Wear the same clothes you wore to the first audition. It doesn't matter how well they know you. If you were "the one in red", make sure you're still "the one in red".

Hi! I actually just had day one of callbacks for my school's show today. Obviously it depends on the school but what mine does differs from what show were doing.
This year were doing Singin' in the Rain, so for callbacks they had us learn tap as well as another style of dance (im not a dancer so I couldn't tell you what the other was), as well as had us do a couple cold reads, and we sang a song.
My school usually breaks it up into two days but again, it depends on the program and director. You can probably ask your drama teacher or a more experienced student at your school to get an idea of what your school specifically does. Most however, do have you do at least singing and acting, and depending on the show dancing, so be ready for all three of those. If you have character shoes it's always a nice idea to bring those along (but don't let those be the only shoes you bring, just keep them in a bag or something for if you need them) they certainly aren't necessary, but it's never a bad idea to have them in your bag if you do just in case.
Like the above poster suggested, dress to move. I made that mistake before. Hope this helps and best of luck! Whats the play?
