From the smoking gun:
JANUARY 7--The finance director for Hillary Clinton's 2000 U.S. Senate campaign was indicted today on federal charges of filing bogus financial reports with the Federal Election Commission. According to the below indictment, David Rosen reported the false numbers in connection with a "Hollywood tribute" honoring Clinton. Investigators allege that a "wealthy individual" paid more than $1.1 million to underwrite the Clinton gala and that those payments were delivered through "several corporate entities controlled by him." While that whopping sum should have been reported to the FEC as an "in-kind contribution," prosecutors charge that Rosen covered up the real source of the money, and even caused the creation of a fictitious $200,000 invoice to aid his scheme.

I wonder if she looks the other way when it comes to other criminal activities too?
Smoking Gun?
A major national politician corrupt and possibly hypocritical?
Say it isn't so!!!
Well Ckeaton if you want to talk about indictments. Glad to see the rules didn't pass, but corruption exists in both parties. http://www.sanangelostandardtimes.com/sast/home/article/0,1897,SAST_4943_3443126,00.html
Ah yes, the august San Angelo Standard Times. Where more Americans line their bird feeders than any other source.
But Mrs. Clinton is such a hero to so many? How could she let us down? As long as she's out there advocating abortion she's on your team, right Gunn?
Actually, there are more than a few of us libs who have always thought Hillary was pretty much a mediocrity.
I was just pointing out the fact that the indictment's are on both sides of the aisle. I hate how we have to identify so much with one political party or the other. As I've said before nothing is as black and white as we want to make it. I just try to show the grey where I can.
Politicans are horrid. All of them. Anyone thinking otherwise has serious issues with believing delusions.
Actually Gunn, I was showing the Black, and you were showing the White. You showed no grey, just to be accurate.
I don't see where you are getting the white from. I was pointing out that one side is not black(Democrat policticians) and the other is not white(Republican Politicians) they are both a VERY dark gray. It seemed to me you were trying to put the Democrats in a bad light to make the Republicans look more favorable. Excuse me if I read into it too much. I don't really like either side.
I'm sorry. Am I missing something?!? Was Hillary indicted or her campaign finance manager?
oh please, ck, you're just seeing if paljoey is really gone!
PalJoey left? I missed that.
and you missed my happy dance! for that i'll never forgive you!
DAMMIT!!!!!!!
I should lose power and internet more often! The board is much more interesting when I leave. But what does that say about what kind of poster I am?
you're sugar and spice and everything nice, son.
And even some of us who love Hillary have never suggested that she is beyond reproach...
Is ANY human being perfect? I don't think any of us believe that. But, I think Hilary is divine--if for only that she can speak nicely in front of a crowd. Too bad this necessary skill lacks in our current leader. I like Hilary's platform.
And, I agree with DBilly--SHE isn't the one being indicted.
