Posted: 5/5/08 at 12:38amSeeing as how Peters was relentlessly attacked by that turd in that right-wing tabloid during her run of Gypsy, I would say that Bernadette could be Hillary. I don't know that that makes LuPone Obama, although the way some of the LuPone fanatics post about her performance in Gypsy could be seen as similar to those who worship at the shrine of Obama. Not that all fans of LuPone are fanatical or supporters of Obama cult followers. Maybe LuPone is more McCain -- had to embrace the devil (Bush / Laurents) in order to get that ultimate role.
